سلام دکتر دخترم واکسن 2ماهگی ش رو زد بهش شیر دادم بعدش قطره استامینفون بعد از 5دقیقه چون باد گلوشو نگرفته بودم یکم شیر برگردوند لازمه دوباره قطره بدم یا خیر؟

با سلام و وقت بخیر.پسرم ۸ ساله هست و از مهرماه دچار گوش درد و گلودرد میشد که از مهرماه تا الان (بهمن) پنج دوره آنتی بیوتیک مصرف کرده ولی بعد از هربار مصرف دو سه روز بعد مجددا گوش درد و... می گرفت که پنج دوز پیش بردیم ازمایش گلبول سفید ۱۸ و ESR 2+ بود که قبل از کشت خون انتی بیوتیک حدسی تجویز کردند ولی تاثیر نداشت و در ازمایش نشان داد گلبول سفید ۲۰/۴ شده و ESR شده ۴+ . بعد از ان نوع انتی بیوتیک را تغییر دادند که ظرف دو روز گلبول سفید شده ۱۳ و ESR شده ۲+ نتیجه کشت آمده و منفی است.عکس عفونت سینوس و گوش را نشان می دهد. ایا احتمال بدخیمی مطرح است؟و اگر بله باید چه اقداماتی جهت قطعی شدن تشخیص انجام داد؟
