سلام و خسته نباشيد. نوزاد پسر سه ماهه دارم كه از بدو تولد روزي حدود سي بار ب صورت اسهالي با حجم بسيار كم دفع داشت. وزن گيريش خوب بود. دكترا گفتن مهم نيس.از حدود چهل روزگي رژيم لبنيات گاوي گرفتم. ب طور كامل تمامي لبنيات و مواد غذايي كه در ان از لبنيات استفاده شده و حتي گوشت گاو و روغن حيواني رو حذف كردم. پسرم بعد از حدود چهار هفته از رژيم شكمش روزي پنج شش بار ب صورت اسعالي و كاملا ابكي كار ميكرد با حجم زياد. مجدد ب دكتر مراجعه كردم. گفتند طبيعي هست. حدود دو هفته قبل رگه ي خون در اسهالش ديدم كه مجدد خودم كليه ي ميوه ها و سبزيجات و گرميجات و ادويه رو حذف كردم. اسهال پسرم ب صورت بلغم و موكوسي هست. گاها همراه رگه هاي خون. ازمايش مدفوع و كشت مدفوع نرمال بود. مجدد ب متخصص اطفال مراجعه كردم. گفتند ستريزين بده وآپتاميل پپتي جونيور. ولي متاسفانه پسرم ب هيچ عنوان شيشه رو قبول نميكنه و من نميتونم شير خودم رو حذف كنم. از پانزده روزگي ب صورت مرتب پدي لاكت هم مصرف ميكنه. الان حدود دو هفته شده. كم شير ميخوره. حجم ادرارش خيييلي كم شده. و همچنان روزي سه چهار بار با حجم زياد اسهال ميكنه. و وزن نگرفته در اين دو هفته. سونوي كليه هاش و كشت ادرارش و ازمايش ادرارش نرمال هست.    سوال؟ايا شير خودمو ادامه بدم با حدود هشت هفته رژيم سفت و سخت و عدم نتيجه گيري؟؟در حالي كه نوزاد شيشه رو قبول نميكنه زينك سولفا بدم يا زينك گلوكونات؟؟ اسهال طولاني اسيبي ب گوارش نوزاد وارد نميكنه؟؟
