• سرماخوردگی در نوزادان

  سلام آقای دکتر من یک پسر  سه ماهه دارم . یک هفته است که سرما خورده.  الان اریترومایسن ۲۰۰ و شربت سرماخوردگی کودکان و قطره ی تب براش استفاده می کنم . و از چشماش خیلی چرک می یاد و سرفه و عطسه می کنه و سینه اش هم صدا می ده . نمی دونم ادامه ز مصرف این داروها فایده ای داره ؟ لطفا راهنماییم کنید. خیلی ممنون می شم  

• سلام دکتر پسرم واکسن دو ماهگی زد جاش متورم و قرمز و بعدش کمی کبود و سفت شد بعد یک هفته هم جوش چرکی کوچک دراورد وجوش خودش سرباز کرد و تخیله شد حالا بعد دو واه می خوام واکسن چها ماهگیش بزنم یه کمی جای واکسن قبلش سفته ایا مشکلی هست ومانعی برای تزریق واکسن چهارماهگی نیست

  سلام آقای دکتر پسر من نه ماهه هستش و14 روز اسهال داره که از ابتدا دارای مخاط بود اما الان زرد رنگ و آبکی و دارای رگه های خونی هست با توجه به سونو بردم و پسرم حساسیت به پروتئین گاوی داره و رفلاکس داره دائما خارش داره دکتر براش ساشه کیدی لاکت و روتفلور با شربت دمیترون و وانلایت نوشت بعلاوه شامپو و صابون سه تار که تاثیری بر کاهش خارش و کهیر بدن بچه ام نداشت شیرخشک پسرم اپتامیل پپتی سینئو بود که دکتر بیومیل سوی نوشتن که بعد از دادن این شیرخشک کل بدن پسرم از گردن و سینه و بازو همش جوش زده که من مجدد شیرخشک قبلی رو بهش دادم الان با توجه به این داروها و این حال بچه ام من باید چه شیرخشکی به بچه ام بدم که اسهال‌ش متوقف بشه و این جوش‌ها و خارش از بین بره آیا نیاز به بستری هست باتشکر

  پسرم ۶ماهشه هفته دیگه میشه ۷ماهه شبا خواب نداره فقط غر و جیغ میزنه احساس میکنم سیر نمیشه شیر هم کم میخوره قبلا شبا بهش شسر  می دادم میخورد اما الآن اونم خیلی کم میخوره غدتی کمکی فرنی و حریره بادام و سوپ و موز شروع کردم اونم کم میخوره دیگه نمیدونم چکار کنم چون خودمم از این همه بیدارموندن خسته شدم

  عرض سلام و وقت بخیر .نوزاد من پنجاه و دو روزشه و شیر خودم را میخوره و اسهال داره به طوری که با هر بار شیر خوردن اسهال میکنه حتی نصف شبها که برای شیر خوردن بیدار میشه به محض شیر خوردن اسهال میکنه.وزن گیریش خوبه اما اسهال کردنش واقعا منو عاصی کرده دیگه خسته شدم بسکه حتی نصف شبها هم عوضش کردم.حتی اگه روزی مثلا ده بار شیر بخوره ده بار اسهال میکنه دقیقا به محض شیر خوردن.شیر هنوز از گلوش پایین نرفته تو بغلم هس اسهال میکنه . میخواستم اگر امکان داره راهنمایی کنید.باتشکر

  نوزادم پنج ماه وده روزی هست.وزن تولد ،دور سر،قدش به ترتیب ۲۷۷۵گرم،۳۳، ۵۱سانت بوده. الان وزنش ۷۵۶۰گرم،قدش۶۴،دور سرش۴۱هستش، بعد از واکسن چهارماهگی دیگه به راحتی شیر نخورد. یعنی در حد یک الا دو دقیقه زیر سینه میمونه. آرام و قرار نداره، در ۲۴ساعت شاید سه ساعت هم نخوابه اون هم روی پا. چند نوع شیر خشک هم امتحان کردم نخورده. غذای کمکی هم به زور میخوره در روز یک وعده. در ۲۴ساعت نهایت چهار بار ادرار داره ولی اجابت مزاجش خوبه. خیلی نگرانم. چند تا دکتر نوزاد هم بردم افاقی نکرده لطفاً راهنماییم کنید چکار کنم. باتشکر از زحمات تان. یاعلی.
