  سلام .ببخشید فرزندم 50 روز دارد .وزنش هنگام تولد 2900 بود .بعد از تولد تا 2300 افت وزن داشت . وزن فعلی اش 3700 است .دکتر برایش روزی 20 قطره مولتی ویتامین مسترویت تجویز کرده است .ولی وقتی 20 قطره می خورد خیلی بی قراری می کند .خواب نمی رود ودست وپاهایش را خیلی تکان می دهد .می توانم روزانه قطره ی کمتری به او بدهم یا قطره اد را به جای ان به او بدهم ؟؟ایا قطره مولتی ویتامین مسترویت با مولتی ویتامین ویتن تفاوتی دارد .؟؟هم چنین دکتر شربت زینک را هم روزانه 1/5سیسی برایش تجویز کرده که وقتی می خورد دلش درد می گیرد و خوب شیر نمی خورد می توانم قطعش کنم ؟؟چون شیر خوردنش را مختل کرده ؟؟

  با سلام دوباره .من یک نوزاد یازده ماهه دارم .من با وجود دیسک کمر شدید و دیسک گردن همیشه سعی میکنم از هیچ دارویی غیر از استامینوفن استفاده نکنم که البته چندان تاثیری در آرام کردن دردم ندارتد . به دکترهای مختلف مغز و اعصاب مراجعه کردم . انواع مختلف قرص های سلکوکسیب و دیکلوفناک .پیروکسیکام و غیره نوشتن و میگن برای بچه ضرری نداره اما وقتی مراجعه میکنم به سایت های دارویی در مورد عوارضش نوشته باید در شیردهی استفاده نشه .متاسفانه دیروز هم بخاطر درد شدیدی که داشتم دکتر آمپول متیل دنیزولون استات تجویز کرد و گفت برای بچه ضرری نداره و من هم زدم اما بعدش متوجه شدم که تا سه روز نباید شیر به بچه بدم .حالا نمیدونم چکار کنم خواهش میکنم راهنمایی کنید .
