سلام دکتر جان دختر من سه ماه یبوست داره بردم دکتر بهش شیاف دادن و شربت انجیر و اینکه میوه نمیخوره فقط سیب میخوره چکار کنم

با سلام و وقت بخیر.  دخترم 33 روزه است و یک هفته است که شب ها بین ساعت 22 تا 24 گریه های شدید دارد. جیغ میزند. نمیتواند شیر بخورد و مدام بیقراری میکند. قطره کیدی کولیک هم بهش دادیم اما بعضی روزها با دادن قطره خوب میشد و بعضی روزها هیچ تاثیری نداشت. در نهایت احساس میکنم هر شب بعد از گریه طولانی خسته میشه و میخوابه و تا ساعت 22 فرداش خیلی اروم هست. خوب شیر میخوره و خوب میخوابه. شیر مادر هم میخوره. طبیعی متولد شده و زمان تولد سه کیلو و هفتاد گرم بوده. رشدش هم خوب بوده تا الان. غذاهای نفاخ هم نمیخورم.  ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنید چه کار کنیم.

با عرض سلام و وقت بخیر میخواستم بدونم آیا نتایج آزمایش غربالگری تیروئید نوزادان که از پاشنه پا گرفته میشه با جواب آزمایش وریدی متفاوت است؟ مثلا نوزادی که در روز سوم تولد در غربالگری از پاشنه پا تی اس اچ 5 داره اگه آزمایش وریدی ازش بگیرن هم تی اس اچ 5 میشه یا نتایج باهم فرق داره؟ آخه نوزاد من تو غربالگری روز پنجم تولد تی اس اچ 5 داشت اما در 29روزگی که ازش آزمایش وریدی گرفتیم تی اس اچ شده بود8.09! این برام سواله که مگه میشه خودبخود تی اس اچ بالا بره؟؟!! باتشکر یه سوال  با تشکر
