خارش و جوش سر سفید بعد از ختنه کودک یک و نیم ساله چه درمانی داره، خیلی کلافه‌س

با سلام . نوزادی دارم که ۱ روزه وارد ۴ ماهگی شده. روزها به شدت بی قراره و دستش رو با خرص و ولع میخوره و خیلی کم شیر میخوره. از شیر خودم تغذیه میکنه. لازم به ذکرِ که رفلاکس معده هم داره و قرص امپرازول ۴۰ میخوره. از یک کپسول ۱۵ تا صبح و ۱۵ تا شب. میخواستم بدونم علت این بی قراری ؛ شیر نخوردن؛ و دست خوردن چی میتونه باشه . با تشکر.

باسلام من دخترم چهارماهه هست که از همان بدو تولدش به دلیل ناکافی بودن شیر خودم مجبوربودم ازشیرکمکی استفاده کنماولش شیر نان1رو بهش داد که به شدت بی قراری میکرد وشیر رو به زور میخورد وتعداددفعش زیاد بود بعدشیرش رو عوض کردم ببلاک کامفورت دادم که بعداز یه مدت صورتش پرشد از جوشهای قرمز وروی بازوهاش و شکمش اگزما شد دکتر بردم پماد هیدرو کورتیزون دادن وشیرخشک آپتامیل اچ آ رو تجویز کرد که دخترم اصلا نمیخورد وباهمون مقدارکمی هم که بهش میدادم جوشها به قوت خودش باقی بود. شیرخشک سوپرامیل رو امتحان کردم بازم تغییری نکرد، دکتر شیرخشک ایزومیل تجویز کردن مدت 8روز هست که بهش میدم ولی متأسفانه هنوز جوشها برطرف نشده(کمترشده تاحدودی) واینکه سه روزهست که دفع نداشته وبعداز سه روز دفعش خیلی کم وسفت وسبز پررنگ هست وخیلی هم زور میزنه وقرمز میشه واینکه توخواب وبیداری خیلی گوش وصورتش رو میخارونه(بیشتر توی خواب).اگه لطف کنید که راهنمایی کنید که چه باید بکنم ممنون میشم.
