  سلام خسته نباشيد دختر من ٥ ماهو ١٤ روزشه غذاي كمكي رو دوسه هفتست شروع كردم فقط فرني برنج وسوپ ميخوره در حد كم روزي دو وعده يا سه وعده ولي اصلا آب نميخوره در حد چند قطره ميخوره آب جوشيده خنك با يكم نبات و يك روز درميون دفع داره اونم زورميزنه خواهرم ميگهيخاطر كم آب خوردنشه آقاي دكتر بايد چيكار كنم راحت بيرون روي داشته باشه راهكارهاي شمارو هم انجام دادم ماساژ قبلش ك شيرخودم رو ميخورد روزي دوسه بار دفع داشت

  با سلام.نوزاد ٢ماهه و نيمه اي دارم كه ١ماه اول از شير مادر در كنار شير خشك بيوميل اي ار (كمكي) تغذيه ميكرد كه با توجه به بيقراري و ريفلاكس شديد پس از مصرف شير مادر تصميم به قطع شير مادر شد و با مصرف شير خشك بيوميل اي ار ريفلاكس كودك تقريبا حل شد منتها كودكم هر ٢٤ساعت يا ٣٦ ساعت يك بار دفع داشت كه فرم دار و سبز بود ولي كل روز دچار تقلا و زور زدن و گريه و نفخ شديد ميشد كه به دستور پزشك شير خشك گيگوز به كودك دادم كه مشكل رفع شد اما پس از گذشت چهار روز در مدفوع كودك دو سه رگه ريز خون ديدم و علاوه بر ان كودك پس از هر وعده شير خوردن دفع داشت كه ظاهر نسبتا نرمالي داشت منتها بوي تندي داشت.الان ١ روزه كه به كودكم شير خشكً بيوميل پلاس ميدم منتها همچنان به ازاي هر وعده شير يك بار دفع ميكند..با توجه به شرايط و احتمال حساسيت كودك به پروتئين گاوي ايا بيوميل پلاس را ادامه دهم؟يا تركيبي از بيوميل اي ار و پلاس بدهم؟يا كلا شير ديگري را امتحان كنم؟
